URGENT - Excel support

I have an excel document that I am using as a project plan. I would like the timeline to date and colour code in accordance with what I am typing in the left hand columns - start date, end date, no of days. And then the timeline will be amber when the dropdown (pending) is in place, red when dropdown (overdue) in place and then green when complete.

I've tried to over-ride an existing document and it doesn't seem to like my entries. I would like the format and colours to remain the same, I just need to be able to insert lots of new rows and it auto adds the timeline bar in the correct place and colour according to dates and timeline.

Please don't complete the work until I have agreed to work with you. I require this to be completed by 5pm today (so 2 hours time) eek. I anticipate this taking an excel expert a max of 30 mins or so. Thanks
