Urgent excel data template, report, formulas etc.

I have a master set of data which I need to be separated on to different worksheets by a condition and then a range of queries and look ups made based on the data on each sheet. The master sheet needs to stay in a fixed format so that data can be imported to it and the other sheets automatically update.
