Uploading content to a website via a CMS

I have a dropbox account containing 105 product to be uploaded to my website.

Each product folder contains:
- Word Doc
- Image
- PDF (some folders do not have a PDF)

TASK:
- Add a new product
- Enter product name
- Enter product title
- Enter product description (Format as per instructed: adding in H3 tags)
- Enter product speacs
(all inside the .doc file)
- Upload the image
- Upload the PDF if exists


I need these uploaded asap, so continuous work until complete.

MUST:
- Upload the content to the specify requirements. If this is not met then the task will be void and the project brief will not have been met.
- To get around this, you will need to send 10 for approval before continuing.
- Communicate via Skype
- Have a dropbox account
