Updating spreadsheet including Internet research on medico legal companies

I am an osteopath looking for help to identify medico legal companies (or solicitors) who deal with rehabilitation of patients involved in car accidents. It would involve checking the current spreadsheet details to see if the contact details are up to date and also identifying using internet research, any further companies in this area and then emailing those companies to add my details to their databases for future rehabilitation work.
