We have 1232 entries that have incorrect contact information, update every entry accordingly using any online access you have. Google, LinkedIn, Company Websites etc
Ensure, job title, company and address are all updated.
*If entry has changed job please find out details of who has replaced them in the role.
See example attached.
Keep the first tab the same with the original data, enter all the updated data to the second tab including what has been updated in note column, any entries that are no longer applicable add reason in note tab (retired/passed away).
The third column on the first tab will advise the notes left by our previous recruit, advising of new job etc, however the addresses are not up to date.
If the entrant no longer works for the role, please find their replacement and enter their information, making a note of this replacement in the notes column. If you cannot find a replacement please make a note of this in the notes column.
Deadline 1 week.
