Update 111 Word Docs with Logo and Text + Edit Form Templates

For each of the 111 policy documents, apply the following updates:

Insert the provided logo at the top of the document
Size: 1.08" height × 2.96" width
Placement: Same position in every document
Keep font and text formatting consistent

In the first table:

Add Thursday 26th February 2026 next to “Published Date”
Add Friday 26th February 2027 next to “Next Review Date”

Add NAME next to “Reviewed By”
Delete the last row of the first table

In the second table:

Add 26th February 2026 in the box below “Date”

Find and replace:

Replace [Company Name] with TEXT

Blank document, and finished document example attached.

Also update around 60 form templates with company colours, contact information and logo (all in Word document format). Repost.
