Looking for some online research support.
Budget is £75 and it will take approximately 4 hours I'd estimate. Essentially looking to fill in the attached spreadsheet for each area listed across the top row. The attached Youtube video will show how to find the data and which websites to use. Please let me know if its something you can help with? :) Ideally need it back within the next 3 days.
Just 1 thing to note:
2 bed properties looking at total rent to rent the whole property
4/5 bed property- interested in average rental achieved per room- i.e. spareroom/ houseshare websites will give this information.
All data must be specific to the UK
