UK ONLY - Virtual Assistant needed

Hi

I am looking for someone to help us structure our data, diaries and lives! We are becoming very busy and struggling to manage inbound emails, organisation of CRM systems, reporting and supporting us on an ad hoc basis when clients needed things urgently and we are on the road and cant use a laptop etc!

We need a UK based VA to support, happy to buy by the week/month but we cant commit all of the time to "tuesday between 2 and 3" which is what most VA's are asking for. What I am asking for is the ability to jump on short tasks on ad hoc basis as and when as well as doing some structured work as detailed above.

Experience:
Ideally Sales support or Consulting background
Ability to produce reports
Ability to help us get our CRM and emails joined up
Ability to want us to succeed as much as we want to succeed
Work with us a long term basis so we get to know how each other works

Not essential but nice to have: Ability to manage linkedin and occasionally post for us
