Typist required to type up handwritten notes & some copy typing 8-9 November

Task 1) I've about 30 pages of handwritten notes that need to be typed up asap (large handwriting, all long bullet points, A4 wide ruled so the whole thing isn't really very long). I can scan/email or fax over the document and am available to clarify anything illegible via phone/email/text. Or if you're in Central London, a hard copy can be collected from me.
No fancy formatting necessary - basic MS Word.
I'd think this should take 1-3 hrs.

Task 2) Additional copy typing work - 5-12 hrs perhaps.
