Typing up PDF documents

Hi, I need someone to type up in word a number of documents as follows:

1 - 2 pages
2 - 66 pages
3 - 11 pages
4 - 2 pages

I currently have a lot of PDFs. There are a lot of images in there and I don't need the images so it is really just the words that I need typed up, preferably in the format that they're in on the PDF.

Bad news is that I need it done tonight...!
