Typing, posting links, social media

I have a specific job that needs to be done which requires someone who is a bit aware of parenting, family issues and can type quickly with a reasonably fast internet connection. Mostly cutting a small amount of text and pasting from a supplied source and using a bit of initiative to select the correct category. Would need on a regular basis, 2 hours free every morning before 11.30 ish
Previous use of hootsuite and wordpress might be useful, but easy to learn.
