Typing & formatting CV's & ad hock administration

I am a small bespoke recruitment agency, which, has been in business for 9 years. I need a reliable virtual typist who can format and retype CV's and other ad hock administrative duties when required.

I receive CV's in all different formats typically in word & PDF's - I need to have them formatted into my set company format in word. Occasionally will be a picture which requires typing but 95% of the time will be a formatting exercise.
