Type up quotes and associated documents in word

We are looking for someone to type up quotes from our estimators in word and then email them to us so that we can send them to our clients.
The work is straightforward and I was thinking that the best way to price it would be for someone to charge us (x) per word as some quotes are very small and others are much longer. This seemed a fair way to work it out. We are looking to delegate this task a.s.a.p. We are a building maintenance company and the work would be ongoing for some time.
