Type up a pdf document into Microsoft Word document

I have a legal document as a PDF but need it as a word document.
26 Pages - but generally is double spaced throughout.
It needs to be copied word for word. Bold font should be made bold and hand written dates should be typed, there are only 3 or 4 dates.

I need this completed, checked and returned within the next few hours. Delivered as a ms Word document.

Im looking for someone that does this sort of thing regularly, illustrated in their feedback,
