Twenty Six Page Word Document Converted to Markdown

I have a 26 page Word Document that is an example legal agreement. I need this reformatted into Markdown.

This is not something that can be done via software but will need copying and pasting of the text out of the document and into an editor to be reformatted.

I've attached the document so you can preview it.

In your reply to this, please tell me what Markdown Editor you would use to complete this job.
