TV Documentary (series) about Bulgarian Problems

I have had rather a rollercoaster ride since moving to Bulgaria in 2006. I attach article that has been written about experiences. I am wondering about the possibility of making a TV documentary about what has happened - court cases, poor builders etc. I have just found out that there is yet another court case against me caused by a Scottish couple that I had house and dog sitting - reported my company for not paying social security benefits etc for them. All a load of bollocks. I know so many with problems with various builders, developers etc and could probably sort out details for a series of documentaries about different things. Would require some research, investigations etc. Just not sure how to go about making contacts with people in TV industry and where to start. Would obviously be expensive to fund whole thing myself. Looking for contacts, ideas, information and ideally a company, person to take on project and help me publicise story etc.
