Transferring Data from 4 Excel Sheets into 1 in anew order

We have multiple menu costing templates and need them all amalgamated into a new excel document that reads from left to right rather than top to bottom. Each costing line needs copying and pasting into a new excel sheet in the correct order.

For example: we currently have the recipe name in Cell a1 and the ingredients listed below it. We need the ingredients moved to be listed in cells B1, C1 etc. with the next recipe starting in A2, with the ingredients in b2, c2, and so on.
