Transfer text from MS Word into one file and make it look nice

Hi this is really a simple task and won't take long either, but I still don't have the time to do it myself. So help with this would be very welcome. Here is the job description:

Attached are three different Word docs with customer testimonials. I need to have them all transferred into one Word doc (call it Kippure Testimonials). I also need to have the font looking all the same and easy to read, text nicely spaced out etc. Insert page numbers, headings etc. The three headings are 'Weddings', 'School Tours' and 'Corporates'. See the attached and you'll understand. And whilst you work on it I would like you also to read through the text to make sure there are no obvious spelling mistakes.

When they are done I want to print all the pages and put them into a folder (hard copy for clients).

There is no particular deadline on this, but gettting it done this week would be good. Please show me examples of the font size, font and layout one one page before finalising the work. Thanks.
