Transfer text from a PDF to a Excel spreadsheet

Hello, I require someone to copy and transfer the text from a PDF into an Excel Spreadsheet. In particular, the text needs to be copied over in the exact order it appears in the PDF. All elements of text must be included.

Within the spread sheet, each page in the PDF must be represented by an individual tab, named after the title of the page being copied.

Please note pages 74-81 must be excluded. Grammar, spell checking and product dimensions are vitally important.
