Transfer business contacts data from google spreadsheets onto a CRM

I am running a serviced apartments business. I want to transfer my business contacts from 2 separate google document spreadsheets onto my lessannoyingCRM database. There is a total of 166 contacts. Each one has all their information in columns in a row on the spreadsheets. When they are all in the same place the plan is to link it with something like mailchimp so that I can email all the contacts at once to save time on marketing.
