Transcribe Data from Web to Spreadsheet

We need data transcribed from the web into an excel spreadsheet. We need ten fields of Data transferred from a Court decision database into our own spreadsheet. There is likely to be somewhere in the region of 1,000 decisions involved. The individual would transcribe details of the outcome of a case from the website into the spreadsheet including the name of the case, the name of the Adjudicator, the date of the decision, the outcome (who won or lost), the award that was made as well as a link to the case.
