Tidy up an excel spreadsheet

We need to get a customer database together and my excel skills are poor.

Could you please let me know the timing and costs to clean up the attached? Put into alphabetical order, delete all duplicates, separate first and last names into separate columns, fill in the company name if the email address gives you this detail, remove all entries for TEST or gibberish.
