Text editing of a word document

I have collected a series of personal statements and I need to anonymise them.

For each one, any features such as names and venues of experience need to be changed. There are 60,000 words (the document is attached) and there is no great rush for this. However, it is essential that for all of them there is no way to link them to the original documents that are also online and as such changed enough to be unique while maintaining their content.

This would suit someone new to PPH looking to get a 5* review. Happy for the first one to be done and checked and then continue with others.
