I seek an affiliate to join my small firm's Guest Communication team. We operate approximately 200 holiday rentals across the UK. In this remote role, you will provide superb customer service and resolution to our guests via online platforms from 9am-9pm daily, including weekends. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential to ensure all guests enjoy smooth, hassle-free vacations. You will be the primary point of contact for queries regarding bookings, amenities, local attractions and any issues throughout each visitor's stay. Knowledge of the serviced accommodation industry is advantageous but ongoing training will be provided. Empathy, positivity and dedication to excellent guest experiences are hallmarks of success in this position. As a member of a small yet busy team, flexibility, strong multi-tasking abilities and a willingness to assist colleagues across departments will also be key. Proficiency with common software such as MS Office suite and ability to learn new booking/property management systems comfortably are requirements.
