Team & Individual Dashboard

I require a dashboard to be created that we can use to enter data into. The data will be exported from our practice management system - we can create bespoke data reports to our specification.
Your job will be to sift through all the data we can provide and identify the most important pieces that you need to create the dashboard.
Rather than a user entering multiple lines of data, we will simply copy and paste into a database and the file must be coded to pick this up.
Key Requirements:
1) Excel based
2) View Last Week's Performance as a whole
2) View This weeks' performance so far
3) View individual team member's performances also

There's lots of information that we haven't been through but I will explain in detail.
