We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Talent & Recruitment Coordinator to manage our hiring pipeline end-to-end. We are looking to recruit a small number of team members in Johannesburg, South Africa.
We ARE NOT looking for a Recruitment Agency that charges a percentage.
Your role is to ensure that we always have strong candidates ready for interview across these roles.
This is a role where speed, organisation, and attention to detail are important.
Key Responsibilities:
Write and post job listings across multiple platforms
Source candidates daily (LinkedIn, job boards, outreach)
Screen CVs and applications
Conduct initial candidate screening
Shortlist top candidates for interview
Schedule interviews with the leadership team
Maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates
Track all applicants and their stages clearly
Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
Requirements
Extremely organised and detail-oriented
Excellent written and spoken English
Fast response times and strong work ethic
Ability to manage multiple roles at once
Proactive and self-driven
Previous recruitment or HR experience
Experience using tools like LinkedIn etc
