Superstar Virtual Assistant

I am looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant for an exciting role. Hours would start at around 10 hrs a week but this could increase to 25hrs per week within the next 4-5 weeks as trust and experience level increases.

The role will include -
• Email
• Arranging meetings and appointments.
• Business and personal tasks
• Creating and maintaining an online filing system
• Hiring – posting jobs, finding freelancers, vetting initial candidates, arranging interviews.
• Research
• Personal tasks; book restaurants etc

Writing Tasks
I also need help with writing. Help with writing memos – taking the basic points of an argument and turning it into something acceptable to send externally, proofreading documents.

So skills that are essential;
• Amazing organisational skills
• Quick leaner who likes taking on new challenges.
• Great at writing
• Very tech savvy
• Reliable

Communication would be through Slack/phone/Quip.
