Spreadsheet Design

Description of excel work: I have a number of roughly constructed spreadsheets for things i wanted to record and control but seem to be bogged down with inability to adapt to each given sector I target.
I want all exisitng info bringing togeher into a master spreadsheet which I can adapt to on an ongoing basis.
Design and target audience: only me
Extra notes: As an example I get interest from people in my facebook campaign which I need to monitor and log as they become orders so need a form of sales pipeline to client without cutting and pasting all the time.
