Spreadsheet Data Entry from Government Energy Performance Certificate UK Excel

Hi,

I have a spreadsheet with about 200 properties. Each property has about 5-15 rows of energy information. In total there are 894 rows for the 200 properties.

Each row needs 6 points of data entered.

The data cells to fill in are:
Type of property, Estimated energy costs of dwelling for 3 years (£), Potential energy saving over 3 years (£), Typical per year savings (£), Rating after improvement (letter only), Rating after improvement (number only)

You obtain the data by downloading the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) from the Government website here: https://www.epcregister.com/reportSearchAddressByPostcode.html

Then once you have downloaded the EPC you take these 6 data points and add them to the spreadsheet. All the data is on the EPC.

I have enclosed a spreadsheet showing an example of ONE property. The 6 columns that need to be filled in are in yellow. I have also enclosed an EPC for the property where the information will be pulled from.

Once we have agreed on a price I will send you the full spreadsheet. I don't have the EPC's so they will all need to be downloaded. I would estimate that each property will take about 1-3 minutes to fill in the details but you will need to work this out for yourself.
