Spreadsheet creation, data entry, basic research, PDF creation

I am compiling a database of information. I need different categories of information put into separate spreadsheets. Then, as I will ultimately be compiling a pdf file from all this information, I need each spreadsheet put/exported into a neat, presentable PDF file. All PDFs should be presented in a similar style/look as they will be imported into one main PDF by me. I will need to be sent both the spreadsheets and the PDFs for each on completion.

Overview:

I will supply the following and here’s what I need done:

TASK 1: 10 text documents containing information will be supplied by me to be imported into 10 separate excel files, and each excel file will then need to be exported to a neat looking PDF file. Sometimes the website for these companies will need to be obtained and verified by you via a quick google search. This email will then need to be added to the spreadsheet. (More about this in the “in detail” section below.)

TASK 2: 5 excel files containing information already compiled by me need to be exported into 5 neat looking PDF files.


Detailed information:


TASK 1:

Here are the details corresponding to each text file that I will send you. Where website look-up is required and a website cannot be found, or takes you to a page where that website is clearly out of use, the whole contact/company should be removed from that the excel file.

Text document A: 156 companies are listed with websites and 3 other areas of info, 61 have all info but will need a simple google search to find a website and for that to be entered into the website column. 4 columns of info will be created from this info in the spreadsheet.

Text document B: 37 companies are listed with websites and 3 other columns of info, 30 have all info but will need a simple google search to find a website and for that to be entered into the website column. 4 columns of info will be created from this info in the spreadsheet.

Text document C: 25 companies are listed with relevant information. 4 columns of info will be created from this info in the spreadsheet.

Text Document D: 37 companies are listed with relevant information. 3 columns of info will be created from this info in the spreadsheet.

Text Document E: 20 companies are listed and have all info but will need a simple google search to find a website for each and for that to be entered into the website column. 3 columns of info will be created from this info in the spreadsheet.

Text document F: 7 companies are listed with relevant information. 2 columns of info will be created from this info in the spreadsheet.

Text Document G: 41 companies are listed and have all info but will need a simple google search to find a website for each and for that to be entered into the website column. 3 columns of info will be created from this info in the spreadsheet.

Text Document H: 8 companies are listed and have all info but will need a simple google search to find a website for each and for that to be entered into the website column. 3 columns of info will be created from this info in the spreadsheet.

Text document I: 171 companies are listed with relevant information. 3 columns of info will be created from this info in the spreadsheet.

Text document J: 44 companies are listed with websites, 98 have all info but will need a simple google search to find a website and for that to be entered into the website column. 3 columns of info will be created from this info in the spreadsheet.


TASK 2:

Pretty self explanatory as all spreadsheets are ready to go. This is about getting them into PDFs that match the neat look and style of the other PDFs you’ll be creating.

OTHER NOTE: Once we start I'd like you to send me your first excel file and subsequent PDF creation before continuing so we can agree that all is well before moving forward, to make life easier for both of us! :-)

Turnaround time required from starting project: 10 days maximum, ideally before that.
I've attached a sample of one of the text documents so you can get a feel for the job.
