Spreadsheet creation and population

We have recently produced a 64-page booklet that reports on our organisation's activities over the last year.

We are arranging to have the document translated into Chinese (note, this is NOT a Chinese translation job!). To prepare for the translation, we need to create a spreadsheet, and drop all of the text from the document paragraph by paragraph into it. This spreadsheet will then be used for paragraph-by-paragraph translation.

The document will be ready this Friday morning, and we will require the spreadsheet by Monday morning.

I am attaching here an example of the kind of thing we're looking for: although note that the spreadsheet for the Activity Report will need to indicate page numbers. It will need to include ALL text from the report (about 13,000 words total to be copied over).
