Spreadsheet

I've got about 4 spreadsheets/databases (attached) that are just a bit mis-formatted and I'd like them arranging in columns so that all the names are in one column and then all corresponding data in the right rows so that all email addresses in one column and so on. Plus all blank rows removing. They will need to be in alphabetical order of publication (A to Z) and any duplicates deleting.
