Someone very proficient at MS Word, especially using styles

I have a 28-page contract I converted from PDF to Word (don't have the original Word version).

As usually happens with such conversions, much of the numbering and formatting has gone wrong - although the original word version probably wasn't particularly professionally done though.

I'd like this reformatting into a document with just a few styles, and properly laid out, so I can use it for future documents as well. I'd like our logo adding as well.

I want this done properly - eg so that all spacing between paragraphs is done using paragraph spacing, not carriage returns, and numbering to be nicely lined up so that sub-number line up with the paragraphs of the "parent" - if you know what I mean (can explain if not).

I can discuss any other formatting requirements to the person who gets the job.
