Someone to format excel spreadsheet

i need spreadsheet formatted with vlookup to bring information from one spreadsheet across to the new download version with updated figures

The riverlake file is what I have downloaded from my accounting system with the correct figures. THIS IS THE COPY THAT I NEED UPDATED BUT THE FIGURES ARE CORRECT

I need the information from the master copy to mirror the riverlake copy and the new figures match the company name . property and the comments.
