Someone to fill in some forms by hand

Hi,

I will send you a word document of a table, and i need you to print it out and fill in some of the columsn with words by hand (i will give you the words). After you have done this you will need to scan the papers and send them back to me.

Its quite a straight forward task - but is time consuming and so you i think your probably looking at around 15-20 hours of actual work time.

Please let me know if you think this is something you can do, how many days it woudl take you to do and how much you would charge.
