Description of excel work: I have some spreadsheets that I want the user to be able to calculate the cost of a product by inputing some variables into a front page that then chooses a cell(s) from another sheet using pull downs. It should be something fairly simple using IF commands.
Needs to look simple but professional
Attached is roughly what it should look like but using pull down menus for the variables. also the quantity should allow for less than if the whole number isn't reached.

Could you please clarify what do you mean by "also the quantity should allow for less than if the whole number isn't reached"?
Would you like the user to be able to choose from the pre-filled values like 100, 250, 500, ..., 500000, 1000000, but in the same time to be able as well to enter a custom value as 375?
