Six excel forms to be re-branded

I am six Excel forms used for football scouting reports. I would like the forms to remain the same, but I would like the current company branding removed and replaced with the new company branding. This needs to be repeated for each of the six forms.

Please bear in mind that all formulas for calculations should remain exactly the same, as should the printing properties for the forms. The forms are printed on A4 plain paper.

I don't believe multiple revisions will be needed, as the task is straight forward. However, I would need to be happy with the submitted work. I therefore expect a mutual understanding to revise if there is anything I am not happy with. Full payment will ONLY be released upon completion of the project and once I am happy with the final work. Once payment has been released, ownership of all work will be transferred to me.
