Simple Numbers/Excel Spreadsheet Formula Calculations

This is an easy job for a Apple 'Numbers' and Microsoft 'Excel' expert who knows what they are doing. It shouldn't take more than an hour to do for someone who knows the inputs

I have a spreadsheet that I want to add some formulas to based on a series of yes/no answers that creates a final score ( think of it like an an exam answering questions that then formulate a final score our of 100)
