Simple Access Databank to capture staff times and tasks

Hello, I need a simple access databank which captures hours and tasks of my staff at the end of a day.


Data capture
Date, name (drop down), task ((drop down), location (drop down), time spent, comment Box


Staff will have multiple tasks each day_ most are not pc literate so the front end needs to be super simple.

Example

24.06.2020 -Mark Test -task 1 -area 2 - 40 mins - issues with xxx
Task7- area 56 - 4 hrs
Task 9 - area 4 - 4 hrs


Then in the end of month we can see how much time we spend on area 1 task 5 etc so we can see how much man hours was spend and associate costs.
