Short-Term Admin Task – PDF Download & Organisation (£70)

Hi,

I’m looking for someone to carry out a short, clearly defined admin task and would like to confirm availability and timing.

Task

* Click through approximately 1,700 research emails
* Open each email and download the linked PDF
* Save PDFs into ZIP folders of 25 papers per folder
* Order each folder chronologically(ascending or descending by publication date – your preference)
* Label folders clearly and consistently

**Process**

* I will forward emails in batches of 25
* You will need to provide one email address I can forward these batches to
* No research, reading, or judgement required — this is purely mechanical and methodical

**Fee**

£75 fixed fee for the full task

2. How long this will take from first batch to completion
3. When you could start
