Set Up and Administer Online Photo Contest

I want to create a monthly photo contest and I need someone to set it up and run it. Each month's contest will have a theme and a prize. I need you to:

1. Create submission page and form on Wordpress page using Gravity Forms
2. Publish contest and promote each week on email, blog, Twitter, Facebook, and other social media sites.
3. Post submitted photos on social media and photo sharing sites.
4. Organize submitted photos in DropBox folders
5. Announce winners each month and arrange for their prizes.
6. Update submission page with new theme and deadlines
7. Repeat monthly

Must be able to write well with correct English grammar and spelling.
