Description of excel work: I would need Excel file with the formulas included that would calculate the Service levels as per Earn Back, Success, Fail and Waight criterias shared below in the file.
In the Word file are criterias that need to be incorporated into the calculation.
In the Excel file there is a expected form that needs to be followed.
Expectation is that this Excel file be adjustable so that there is a separate filed where the criteria’s can be entered, changed, so for different criterias.
