Search and find email addresses of several organizations from several pdfs & sites

We want to gather some info about some organizations and put them inside the attached excel template.

This is a database with 95 projects (at the bottom). We need the emails of all the contacts that appear when you click on each project.

We want these merged into the excel template as well.

You have to find the emails of these organizations from an internet search - they are not available in the pdf.

These contacts need to be put in a separate excel file (with the same template).





IMPORTANT NOTES:
a) AFTER we accept you, you will need to send us the excel file filled with some sample data (10 rows or so) as soon as we start, because we want to make sure that you gather the information correctly - then we will continue normally with the job.
b) If available, should put the organization name inside the "Name" field of the excel template eg:"Institute of Entrepreneurship". If there is no organization name, you should put the Full Name eg: "Juan Blanco" inside the "Name" field! NOT only "Juan"!
c) Work needs to start as soon as your proposal is accepted
d) Deadline: 2 weeks after the proposal is accepted
e) Deliverables: 2 excel files with the template given
