Experience Level: Intermediate
I am looking to built a Sales Pipeline tracker sheet using some existing sample that I downloaded from the internet (see attached).
The first tab (called SALES TRACKER) has the structure (this is a sample I downloaded) that need to be changed to reflect the data points from the tab called (Sales Tracker Data samples).
All the data points should be reflected on the main SALES TRACKER and all the filters (Status, Stage, Conversion...) should capture all these data points.
The pipeline should track how many deals we have open, total value and so on.
I will leave it up to you to be creative from that perspective.
Now on the MCS actions sheet, this is the sheet where we need to track and take some actions on each sales opportunity (listed on the data samples sheet)..there are going to be between 50 to 100 opportunities to track at once.
We need to be able to comment on each opportunity (every week and see how we are making progress on each one of them)...and be able to see the comments made each week.
We need to assign a person to each opportunity as you can see on the sample sheet I provided.
Effectively, we need to be able to see and track the changes made every week to that overall pipeline and see how we are progressing on each one of them.
Please feel free to come up with some ideas if you have any.
Looking forward to working with you..I am looking to get this done in the next 3 days.
