Research Meeting Rooms in London

I need someone to research all meeting rooms available in London and collate the following:
Name, Location (Full address and nearest underground/overground train stations), Costs (per hour/half-day/day/evening), opening hours, capacities (Theatre style/Classrom style/Standing), facilities (wifi, tea/coffee/projector.screen, mike/sound etc) & all contact details (Name. position, phone, email). Don't just Include obvious places on other meeting room website but includes: serviced offices, church halls, rooms in pubs, community halls, scout halls, rehearsal rooms, dance studios, audition rooms. Anywhere you can hold a meeting.
Results should be supplied in a spreadsheet.
I think this job would best suit someone that lives in London and knows the city.
