I require someone to compile a comprehensive list of all estate agents based in the following post codes:
SA5, SA6, SA10 and SA11 (these are areas within South Wales).

I will provide the excel template and have already populated some lines to demonstrate how to populate the sheet.

I am only interested in estate agents that are based in these areas and not ones that purely serve the area.

You will use your initiative to utilise various websites to identify the estate agents (such as Rightmove, google, yell.com etc).

Alongside details of the companies, you will review available information to find key contacts, their roles and contact details.

    I have done similar job for estate agents in london area. searched data from zoopla,rightmove,yell and google search. can do this work for you covering your postcode. can you please tell me your budget? Is it per data or hourly pay you are looking for ? please give me some estimate to bid.

    I have added the excel sheet.
    You'll notice two fields have been fully completed and there are plenty of other estate agents entered, that do not have details. Please note that you would be required to search to see if there are other agents and not just populate these ones

    Hi,

    I can't tell you exactly how many records I want, but would expect there to be roughly around 20 or so estate agents operating in these areas.

    Deadline asap, but I do not want to officially place a deadline by which I need the work, as I don't want to compromise effective searches
