Research & Data Entry - Record all Council Contact Details in UK

We have a spreadsheet listing all current UK Local Authorities.
There are 419 in total.

We need a person with a high attention to detail to do the following:

1) Google each Local Authority and find their;
- Building Control Dept email address & telephone number
- Planning Dept email address & telephone number

There may be rare occasions where the contact details are not publicly available and you will need to call the main switchboard and request them (This will be very rare!).

We need the spreadsheet completed in approx. 14-21 days.
