Report in Excel

I own an Estate Agent and I'm looking for a nice/reliable Excel sheet to keep track of Sales Negotiator commission. Negs get pay at end of month 10%what what we charged LL, but sometimes we charge LL at 12M for the second year Fee. the report needs to keep track of that second year . We also give 2% to the neg who found that let property .

Can you produce an Excel sheet for it? it should be quite quick.
