Looking for someone to help manage my vacation rental listings. This would involve understanding how I operate my listings, responding to guest inquiries and such.
Job tasks includes the following:
1. Responding to guests enquiries
2. Screening guests for bookings
3. Adjusting pricing & Updating Calendars
4. Help to Program Guest Check in Codes for the door
5. Help schedule and coordinate with cleaners
6. Provide excellent customer service while the guest is staying at the property.
Most of the tasks can be done remotely however some admin tasks and guest check-in/check-out will have to be done in person so close proximity to Kensignton/Chelsea is important.
IMPORTANT: No photography of the property please. Please also say how far you are from location of task(Kensignton/Chelsea).
Plenty more work available if this goes well
