This is a fully remote contract role requiring availability during US business hours. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and video calls, troubleshoot common technical issues, guide users through onboarding processes, and document support tickets clearly and accurately. Candidates should have prior experience in remote customer or technical support, familiarity with CRM or helpdesk tools (such as Zendesk or HubSpot), and comfort using remote collaboration platforms like Zoom or Google Meet. A stable internet connection, professional work environment, and ability to work within US time zones are required.
